These Sunday Talks are usually put online on Sunday afternoon. Talks are by the Guiding Teacher, guest teachers or students in formal Zen training.

Some time ago we switched from RealAudio to MP3 format for these talks. What this means for most of you is that you will be using Windows Media Player to listen to these talks instead of RealPlayer. On many Microsoft Windows machines you will not have to do anything extra, as Windows Media Player is already installed. If you click on a link above and it doesn't work, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp and download and install Windows Media Player on your machine. Then restart your web browser and try again. If you are using a Macintosh, go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ and download and install QuickTime. (QuickTime can also run under Windows. One listener, running 64-bit Windows Vista, found QuickTime delivered more satisfactory results than Windows Media Player.)
