Would you like an opportunity to practice mindfulness with others in a peaceful, supportive setting? We will have a simple day which will include 20-minute periods of sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk on mindfulness, yoga practice, a silent informal lunch, time for mindful practices of your choosing (writing, drinking tea, walking outdoors), mindful speaking and listening through council practice and a closing ceremony. No prior experience is necessary.
