Lotus Blossom Leadership: The Flowering of Council Process in the Sangha |
| With Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea | |
Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea, co-founders of PeerSpirit Circle Process, will offer training aimed at deepening the practices of council and cooperative conversation in the life of Clouds in Water Zen Center. These two experienced facilitators will present the foundational structure of council with the invitation to the sangha to adapt these to our own desires for enriched quality of community, leadership, and story. On Saturday they will work with leadership stewards and members in the community who wish to learn council process and serve in the role of hosting council conversations. On Sunday, after meditation, everyone is invited to an all-sangha council to integrate Saturday's experience into the life of the community. After lunch, the workshop participants will stay to harvest their learning and discern how the council may be integrated into our experience. |
