You can print out this page and fill it out; you can also get a hard-copy form on the registration table at the Center or download a printable PDF form (Portable Document Format—requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). For all events with fees (unless otherwise noted) please register at least one week in advance and note the name of the event on the memo line of your check.

Refund PolicyIn order to receive credit for any of our events or classes not taken, you must tell us of your decision to cancel at least one week in advance of the event. We will then record a credit on your account. If you wish to receive a refund check instead of a credit, a processing fee of 20% of the cost of the class will be charged and deducted from your refund. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after the deadline of one week prior to the event. If there is a non-refundable deposit for the class, this deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, except in the case that the class is cancelled. Grants and Aid
