Mail the form below with your check to Clouds in Water Zen Center, 308 Prince St., Suite 120, Saint Paul, MN 55101, or place it in the Dana bowl at the Center. You can print out this page and fill it out; you can also get a hard-copy form on the registration table at the Center or download a printable PDF form (Portable Document Format—requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). For all events with fees (unless otherwise noted) please register at least one week in advance and note the name of the event on the memo line of your check.

Refund Policy

In order to receive credit for any of our events or classes not taken, you must tell us of your decision to cancel at least one week in advance of the event. We will then record a credit on your account. If you wish to receive a refund check instead of a credit, a processing fee of 20% of the cost of the class will be charged and deducted from your refund. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after the deadline of one week prior to the event. If there is a non-refundable deposit for the class, this deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, except in the case that the class is cancelled.

Grants and Aid

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for most classes. Please contact the office for details.

Work-Study Grant Program
In this program, students donate volunteer time in exchange for grant money. Clouds in Water benefits from your contributions of labor and you are able to attend classes for a reduced fee. Applications are available on the registration table near the front door or you may call to have a form mailed to you.

Partial Fee Waivers
Students who are unable to participate in the work-study program due to difficult life situations may apply for a partial fee waiver. Students should use the Grant Application form (available on the registration table near the front door or call to have a form mailed out.)
