Mindfulness in Daily Life

Mindfulness is simply the awareness of the aliveness in each moment. When we practice mindfulness, we realize freedom and joy no matter what the circumstance. Although this awareness is available to everyone, we need to cultivate it. But how? The Buddha’s teaching on the four foundations of mindfulness shows us how to establish mindfulness of body, feelings, mind and mind objects. Practicing in this way, we begin an incredible process of transformation and healing. What a great gift that is for ourselves and for the world! This is a good class for beginners—and for any who want to study and practice this teaching.
